Refund policy

This document sets out the grounds, deadlines and procedure for refunding payments made through wardy.world, and forms an integral part of the public offer.

1. General provisions

Funds are refunded only to the same payment card the payment was made from. Refunds in cash or to other details are not made.

Refunds are made in hryvnia, in the amount actually paid.

2. Grounds for a refund

A technical error during payment, in particular a double charge for a single transaction.

A charge made without the paid Additional features being activated.

An erroneous payment made without the intent to support the Service or to buy Additional features.

Inability to provide paid Additional features for reasons attributable to the Provider.

3. When no refund is made

The paid Additional features were activated and used during the paid period.

Access to the Service was restricted because the user breached the rules of the Service.

More than twelve months have passed since the payment.

4. How to apply

Send a refund request to the email address given in the legal details within fourteen calendar days of the payment date, or, in the case of a technical error, of the date it was discovered.

The request must state the date and amount of the payment, the last four digits of the card, the transaction identifier or receipt, the Telegram username and the reason for the request.

5. Processing times

A request is reviewed within three business days of receipt. The Provider may ask for additional documents to identify the payment.

If the request is granted, the funds are returned within ten business days. The time it takes for the money to reach the card depends on the issuing bank and may be up to thirty calendar days.

A refusal is communicated with reasons through the same channel the request arrived on.
