Privacy policy

This Policy explains what data the Wardy service collects, why, whom it is shared with and what rights a user has. It covers the Telegram bot, the Telegram Mini App and the wardy.world website.

1. Who processes the data

The controller of personal data is the person whose legal details are given at the end of this document. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection.

2. What data we process

Telegram account data: numeric identifier, name, username, interface language and profile photo, to the extent Telegram provides them.

Chat participation data: chat identifiers, the user's role, the history of violations and restrictions applied.

Message content — strictly to the extent required for moderation and anti-spam. Messages are not used for advertising and are not shared with third parties beyond this Policy.

Payment data: amount, date, status and transaction identifier. We neither receive nor store card details.

Website technical data: IP address, browser type and request timestamps, as part of standard server logging.

3. Purposes of processing

Operating the Service and providing its features to users and chat administrators.

Protecting communities from spam, automated accounts and abuse.

Processing payments, keeping records of transactions and complying with statutory obligations.

Technical support and error diagnostics.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is based on the user's consent, given by starting to use the Service, on the performance of the agreement concluded under the public offer, and on the Provider's statutory obligations.

5. Sharing with third parties

Telegram — as the platform the Service runs on.

The acquiring bank and the payment system — to process payments.

Cloud infrastructure providers — to host the Service.

AI model providers — for automatic spam detection; only the message text is sent for analysis.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as it is needed to operate the Service, and payment data for the period that the law prescribes for financial records.

7. User rights

A user may learn what data about them is processed, obtain a copy of it, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise these rights, write to the email address given in the legal details. We reply within thirty calendar days.

8. Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies required for it to work and stay secure. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are set.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and system access is limited to the people who need it for their work. Despite these measures, no system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this Policy

The current revision of the Policy is always available on this page. The revision date is shown at the top of the document.
